Jason Shapiro is an accomplished trial attorney, lecturer and the author of The Lawyers' Guide to Personal Injury Law -- a textbook that instructs other attorneys how to properly handle all types of injury cases. Mr. Shapiro is a magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa (top one percent) graduate of Tufts University, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a longstanding member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bronx County Bar Association. Mr. Shapiro has devoted his practice to fighting to protect the rights of innocent victims of accidents.  In doing so, Mr. Shapiro has been named to SuperLawyers and Strathmore's "Who's Who" in America's Lawyers, while achieving an AV® Preeminent(TM) Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® – the highest recognition possible within the legal community regarding abilities and adherence to ethical standards.
