Practice Areas

Mr. Buonocore is an experienced trial attorney, judge and mediator, handling complex litigation matters in the areas of construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.  He is adept at all aspects of litigation including trials, depositions, writing/arguing motions and appeals, and client development.  He extensively practices in both state and federal courts.  He has handled a variety of multi-million dollar accident cases over the last two decades.

Mr. Buonocore is a graduate of Pace University Law School, and obtained his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He is a longstanding member of the Bronx County Bar Association.

Mr. Buonocore is also the Acting Village Justice in Suffern, New York, presiding over an assortment of legal matters. He resides in Suffern with his wife and four children.
